J-Estimate
1. Workflow
- A work order is created for a customer.
- They are quoted some work, like new brakes, but the customer requests to have this work done
later.
- The brake work is added to an estimate and removed off the original work order.
<>A few months pass, and J-Estimate determines it is time to contact the customer.
- J-Estimate uses predicted mileage and other criteria to determine when to send the contact.
- An email, text message, or both will be sent to the customer, asking the customer if they would like
to come in and get the brake work done.
- The customer can respond to the message and schedule an appointment to come in.
- No manual effort is required from any staff. The whole process is automated.
- Example email/texts are shown to the right.
2. Setup
- Determine what items to send estimates on.
- Such as only for certain product types.
- Determine the time of day to send messages.

Such as 10:00am but not on weekends or holidays.
- Determine what type of customers to send these messages to.
