Schedule a reminder text message to be sent as you set the appointment.

The timing for when the text will be sent is completely customizable.

Examples:

Send a reminder 24 hrs before the appt.
Send a reminder at 08:00am the day of the appt.
Send a reminder 2 days before the appt at 04:00pm.

The text will contain real customer info and be tailored towards your customers.

Example:
- "John Smith, your appt for your 2023 Ford F-150 is coming up on Monday, Nov 7th @ 11:00am at 703 Main St. Text or call back with any questions."

The same can be done for follow-up messages.

Include info on what services were performed as well as a way for the customer to review your store.
Send the text message a variable amount of time, depending on what services were performed, a feature unique to Tire//SMART.
