Service //SMART
    Instructions
    
        - Service//SMART is very simple to use
 
        - Steps for the Store
 
        
            - 1. On the work order indicate the user will be getting a Service//SMART sticker
 
            - It will now print out when you process the work order (with JMK)
 
            - (non JMK customers will have the salescounter staff link a QR sticker to a customer with an invoice id)
 
            - 2.with customer's permission - place QR sticker on vehicle's windshield - or give it to them to
 
            - store in vehicle's glove box as appropriate
 
            - 3. Tell/show them the email they should use to log in (their email on record) and steps on how to use the QR sticker
 
            - The customer will now have full access to  Service//SMART features and be able to make great use of it within minutes with little to no training
 
        
        
        - Steps for the customer
 
        
            - 1. Take the QR sticker from store
 
            - 2. Place it on your vehicle's windshield or glovebox  
 
            - 3. Scan the QR sticker whenever you want to use the app 
 
            -    Log in with the email and automatically schedule an appointment or review and analyze your vehicle's service history
